If you're called to work with young people and to Latin America, join us in Tijuana or Ensenada, Mexico. We have both short and long term opportunities for you! These are not paid positions but YWAM volunteers roles. All long term positions require graduating from a Youth With A Mission Discipleship Training School

• Host teams of young people.
• Help build homes for needy families.
• Lead outreaches with local pastors into their communities.
• Work along side full-time missionaries.

Our Homes of Hope ministry provides houses free of charge for needy families in the Northern Baja region of Mexico. If you have experience in construction, carpentry, electrical work, or are just plain handy with power tools, we'd love to have your help! Contact us for more information on how you can get involved.

Spring Break in Mexico!

Head to Mexico for Spring Break - an unforgettable experience! Head south of the border to partner with our full-time missionaries as we host teams of young people in our Spring Break Mission Adventures program. You'll help provide youth groups with an unforgettable outreach experience.

Spring Break usually begins mid-March and concludes about the third week of April each year. Arrive on a Friday and depart on a Friday. Short term staff can sign up for one week or the entire Spring Break season. As a short-term staffer your fees will be approximately $25 per week.

Summer Break South of the Border

Our Mission Adventures ministry wants you! Come and serve alongside our full-time missionaries for our summer Mission Adventures program. Train students in creative outreach tools, impact the local colonias through evangelism and practical ministry, and see a wave of young people rise up to meet the call of missions on their generation! Mexico is waiting - are you ready?

Approximate Summer Staff Dates

Tijuana Location: Beginning the first or second week of June and ending the last week of August
Ensenada Location: Beginning the first or second week of June and ending the last week of August
Please note: Summer staff must commit to stay for the duration of the posted summer staff dates (to be determined for the 2009 season). There is a US$500 staff fee for summer Mission Adventures.

Our bases in Tijuana and Ensenada host teams year round and minister in the surrounding communities in a variety of ways. We'd love to have you spend a week, a month, or even longer serving with us in this amazing ministry. Trust us. Once you get a taste of Mexican style missions, there's no turning back!
