“Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.“
- Isaiah 60:1 -
This is our prayer and hope for nations and for communities. That they would experience God's transforming power manifest. Come and be equipped to create lasting transformation in communities around the world! Discover God’s intentions for communities and what they need to thrive. Learn what God has to say about holistic development and how can you be a catalyst for change in a community.
The Community Development School allows you to go deeper in your understanding of the Great Commission as you explore Gospel-centered principles and practically apply them in a developing community in Northern Baja, Mexico.
In this school, you will learn how to ask the right questions to assess the needs of a community, how to enter and leave a community in a healthy way, and how to make disciples and empower people who will transform their own community and nation. Throughout the course, you will develop a sustainable development plan based on the community of your choice which can be practically applied in order to propel them towards transformation.
Come and learn new ways to serve in communities from our school leaders and guest speakers, which include experienced community development teachers, practitioners, and pioneers from YWAM and the body of Christ.
