Prompt 2 - Building A Wheel

In the first prompt, you spent time reflecting on why you came to YWAM and what you hope to gain during your journey. In many cases, the journey changes us. Think about some of your favorite television shows, books, podcasts, or movies.

Great storytelling introduces a main character and follows the story. Shows and podcasts have episodes. Books have chapters. Movies have a three act structure. Blog writing uses the same ideas.

Think about a bicycle wheel. At the center of the wheel is a hub. Spokes connect the hub to the rim and tire. The more spokes you add, the stronger your wheel becomes.

At the center of your story is a main character-you. The questions you consider in each short prompt makes your story stronger and richer. Every blog adds a spoke and slowly you have a complete wheel that tells the full story of your journey.

This exercise has three questions. Just like before, you can answer each one, just one, or you can write freely about the theme. This exercise is about doubt and overcoming challenges.

DOUBT Exodus 3:1-4 Moses refused to go to Egypt to lead the Israelites out of slavery.
