The reason I write this letter to you is to explain our situation. We are a very low income family and relatively new to this area. We made a structure to get us by for now, it only has a tarp for a roof and dirt floors. We don’t want live through a rainy season in a house like this. Our money is very stretched because I financially support my parents too. My mom is very sick and I send money for her medications.
