Hello, my name is Margarita and I’m reaching out to you for help. My family and I have been renting for 5 years now and the cost of everything keeps going up. About 1 year ago we were able to put a down payment on a piece of land but our finances do not permit us to build any type of structure there. Our land payment is about $150 dollars a month and our rent is just under $200 dollars. It’s complicated because only my husband is working and makes $100 dollars a week.
