Hello, my name is Luis Alberto and I am husband to Lucia, and a father to Dylan. My desire is to be a caring and responsible provider for my home. 2 years ago our son Dylan was born with Downs Syndrome. He receives free healthcare in Mexico City but my wife has to take him there every 5 months and it has put a further stress on our limited finances. He also has therapy and appointments here in Tijuana. We are asking for help in receiving a home as we understand Dylan will need us for the rest of his life. As he continues to grow, we would like for him to have his own room and privacy, that will better equip him to be more independent.
