Letter from the family: Hello, I’m writing on behalf of my family of 4. My husband and I met when we were very young and have been together ever since. He’s a very hard worker and I’ve always admired that about him. My husband was never given the opportunity to go to school as his family was very poor. Thankfully, my mom was able to put me in school even though it was difficult as a single mom. I didn’t finish my studies and moved out of my house to live with my now husband when I was really young. We had been living with my in-laws but we were able to save up enough money to put a down payment on a piece of land. We quickly moved to our land and tried to live there in a small wooden structure we built. The structure wasn’t sufficient to live in and the weather did not permit us to stay there. A neighbor is letting us rent a room from them in the meanwhile. We won’t give up and believe God still wants to give a safe and beautiful home to our family!
