Hello! My name is Maria concepcion, I’m a single mom of two children. I live at my parents house in a place they have lent to us for the past 2 years, but under very rough conditions, it leaks everywhere when it rains and floods the floor. Our roof is covered with plastic to help prevent the leaking and so the little furniture we have doesn’t get damaged. Some of it is borrowed so it is very tiring to be taking care of it all the time. I work selling bread in the street, some days are good and some are bad but I thank God every time because he never leaves us without food to eat. My only desire is to be able to provide for my children something of their own. A safe place where we can enjoy the rainy days without having to cover everything and be on top of the bed without being able to do anything. I want a place for my baby to be able to play without the risk of getting sick because the floor is so cold.
