Hello!! We are the Lopez Lagunes family. We were deported from the states 10 years ago. Since we got here we’ve been renting but the rents have been going higher and higher and my husband is the only one working so our salary is barely enough to make a living. Seeing our situation we decided to start paying for a land of our own. It took a lot of effort but then our problem was that we couldn’t move to the land because we didn’t have money to build anything. Finally our cousin was so kind as to lend us a small trailer. But the trailer is old and we’ve tried to fix it but the roof still leaks and it has other major issues. Our cousin may have to take the trailer away to repair it properly so I’m scared we will end up without a home for our children.
