Letter From the family: Hello!! My name is Marisol Mejia Gomez. I greet you with all of my heart. My desire is that I can receive this big miracle of having a new home. My husband has worked very hard to sustain us despite all of his sickness. He can’t walk and he has a bad sight yet he doesn’t give up on life. My children don’t get discouraged despite the conditions we live in. We go through cold and sometimes hunger. Our living conditions are not good for our children. We live all together without privacy or personal space. It’s sad for us as parents because we would love to give the best to our children. We want them to have a warm and safe home for when we go to work. We sell snacks outside schools, that’s our job. But it’s still not enough to provide for all of our needs. Our salary is barely enough to eat, make the monthly land payments and send our children to school. If we get to receive the gift of a house I would be the happiest mom because my children would be safe sleeping in a warm house. I keep asking God for this miracle.
