Dear Homes of Hope Team. First of all, I want to sincerely thank you and bless you for the beautiful work you do, and thank God for placing the desire to help others in your hearts. Our greatest dream and need has always been to have a home of our own. We have gone through very difficult times living in my in-laws’ house. Even though we paid rent, family differences made life there very hard. Our children were treated unfairly, we were criticized for not having our own home, and that deeply affected us. In an effort to move forward, we acquired a piece of land, but unfortunately, it was not a good choice. It turned out to be unsafe, and we had to give it up, which was very disheartening. It was during that difficult time that we began to get to know God, to have faith, and to place everything in His hands, always asking for His will to be done. That’s when a new piece of land came into our lives—this time in the right place. With renewed faith, we are starting again. God fulfills His promises in His way, in His time, and He never forgets us. Getting to know Him has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I dream of a home where our children can feel safe. My faith is strong, and now I know it’s possible. Thank you for being part of this beautiful mission that God has placed in your hearts. You are bringing joy to many families.
