LETTER FROM THE FAMILY:
Our family is made up of five members. Jade, the youngest, is a very kind and loving little girl. Julián just finished his second year of preschool; he is gentle and protective, and he enjoys playing with water outdoors. Acxel recently completed middle school and is very dedicated to his studies. At home, he helps with cleaning and caring for his siblings, and on weekends he volunteers with maintenance work at the YWAM base. I am Anahí, originally from the state of Guerrero. I was previously married and had my first son, but after separating, I moved back in with my parents. Sadly, my father was kidnapped, and the whole family was in danger, which led me to move to Tijuana. It was here that I met my current husband, with whom I’ve had two more children. I am Juan José. I was raised in the United States, where I was married and had a son who still lives there with his mother. At the age of 37, I was deported due to not having a green card. In Mexico, I met Anahí, and together we have built a new life. We have worked hard cleaning homes and doing maintenance jobs at YWAM. We fight and work side by side as a team, trusting in the Lord, to build a better future for our children.
