Dear Homes of Hope team, I am a single mother who has been fighting for a better future for my daughter and myself, and it has been very difficult for me to obtain even a small piece of land. I became widowed five years ago, and ever since then it has been a struggle to make the money stretch for everything we need. Thanks to God, He has always been faithful and has never abandoned me. I also have the support of my family, especially my mother, who gives me strength to keep moving forward. At the moment, my daughter and I live with my parents because my income has not been enough to buy materials and build even a small roof over our heads so that we could live peacefully in our own space, with the privacy and stability that we currently do not have.
