While in the USA, she met Bravlio and he eventually proposed and they were married in 2008. Bravlio accepted Jania as his own and in 2009 they had a son together, Eugenio. Jania has stayed in Sinaloa with her grandma because her mother, Olga, and Bravlio haven't had the opportunities to establish themselves well here in Ensenada. Bravlio works in the fields and Olga doesn't work because she struggles with migraines and high blood pressure. Eugenio is the only one that lives with them and is in the 1st grade. Jania is in the 6th grade, but the plan is that she will move back with her mother. Olga's father lives with them as well as he had to leave SInaloa due to health complications that he suffered due to the climate.
