My family’s story is a little sad, but with God’s help and the help of some brothers and sisters we have been able to overcome. We left our hometown to protect our children, but it was not easy at all. When we arrived here to Tijuana, we didn’t know anyone, but God is a great god and put wonderful people in our path. Some helped us with food, some with clothing and blankets, and thanks be to God, everything slowly began to change for us. My husband began to work, and my children began going to school. Little by little everything began to change a little and we are asking God for a small and secure home for my family.
