Hello, my name is Mateo and I’m originally from the state of Tabasco. I left my home to look for a better job and more resources. When I arrived to Rosarito, I started working as a parking attendant. I saved up some money every week to be able to place a down payment on a piece of land. I haven’t been able to build anything on our land because of all my family’s needs. I have two school age children and along with that, many expenses. With the cost of groceries being so high also, we finally asked our pastor for help and he’s letting us stay in one of the rooms of our church. However, they now need the room back because they are starting classes for children and need the space. We don’t have the finances to be able to rent anywhere. I’m reaching out to Homes of Hope for help because we can’t do it on our own. God bless the Homes of Hope ministry for helping the neediest of people.
