LETTER FROM THE FAMILY:
Dear Homes of Hope team, first of all, I want to thank God and all of you for giving us this opportunity—a true ray of hope. My husband and I met 11 years ago; at the time, I was a single mother to one child. We later got married and rented a home for three years. My husband works as a construction worker, and I support him by selling second-hand items at the street market, since I don’t have a steady job because I take care of our children. For the past eight years, we’ve been living with my parents as a way to receive some financial support. However, it has been a constant struggle, as my brother and his family also live there, which often leads to conflict. Thankfully, God gave us the opportunity to acquire a piece of land through payments—this represents our biggest dream: to have a home of our own. It once felt like a distant dream, but after hearing many stories of families helped by Casas de Esperanza, we pray with all our hearts that we too may be blessed. We are truly grateful for being heard.
