LETTER FROM THE FAMILY:

Dear Homes of Hope team, I have two children. Camila, who is 13, has a disability; she was diagnosed with epilepsy and autism when she turned one. She suffers an average of 10 seizures per month, speaks very little, and has to take about 15 pills daily. It has been a constant struggle caring for her. Ezequiel, on the other hand, is a healthy boy. Their father passed away four years ago due to COVID-19, and since then I have been doing my best to raise them on my own. However, it's been very difficult to find a regular job because of Camila’s condition. I work cleaning houses, and my sisters help us when they can. My greatest wish is to provide my children with a small house where they can have peace and stability—a true home. I would be deeply grateful if you could give us the opportunity to live with dignity. For now, we live in a small wooden room with a tarp roof; our neighbor kindly lets us use his bathroom and kitchen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
