LETTER FROM THE FAMILY:
Dear Homes of Hope team, we are a family with five children, two of whom are still minors. My husband works as a construction laborer and I sell corn on the street. A few years ago, we managed to acquire a plot of land and, thanks to God, we built a small wooden house. However, we are still making payments on the land, which has prevented us from improving our home, and that is why we are requesting your valuable help. Currently, my brother, my mother, and one of my adult daughters—along with her husband and their young children—also live with us, so we are many people sharing the same space. Our home is very cold, and during the rainy season, water leaks through the walls, which causes the children to get sick frequently. That season is approaching, and we are very worried about not having a proper place to live. We sincerely thank you for your time, dedication, and the help you provide to so many families.
