I am reaching out to you with the hope of finding support for my family. We are originally from Michoacán, which we sadly had to leave due to a lack of work and opportunities. We traveled to Tijuana to give our daughters a better future and a higher quality of life. I remember the day we left, with a lump in our throats, not knowing what the future held for us. We arrived not knowing anyone, facing many difficulties, but despite the ups and downs, God has not abandoned us. We had the opportunity to acquire a piece of land through payments, but we haven’t been able to build anything yet because my husband doesn’t earn enough to cover all our expenses. I make and sell tortillas, which allows me to stay with my daughters and take care of them, but I earn very little. For now, we are living in a trailer that we must leave in November.
