LETTER FROM THE FAMILY:
Dear Homes of Hope team, our family is very happy because soon we will be six, as we have a baby on the way. We already own a piece of land, but we have not been able to build on it. We are originally from Puebla, from a small town called San Marcos Tlacoyalco, and we left in search of a better life and better opportunities for our children. Arriving here gave us hope, but we had to start from nothing—finding a job, a place to live, and meeting rental requirements was not easy. Little by little, we managed to save enough to purchase our land. In 2025, I, Carlos, had to undergo spine surgery, which made our goal even more difficult to achieve, as I was unable to work for some time and instead of saving, we began to accumulate debt. Gradually, we have been moving forward, and now we place our hope in God that we may be able to build a home with your support. We are deeply grateful for the hope you have given us to one day have a place where our children can play and feel happy.
