Dear Homes of Hope team, I come before you with respect and hope to express the reasons why I desire for my family to be blessed with a home. We are a family of four, and my husband and I have been legally married for ten years. Since then, we have worked very hard to achieve our dreams, always making sacrifices and thinking about the well-being of our daughters. Two years ago, we were finally able to save enough money for the down payment on a piece of land with the dream of one day having our own home. Today, however, we are going through a difficult situation because the owner of the house we are renting has informed us that they are going to sell the property. We now face uncertainty about what will happen next because we do not have the financial resources to build or buy a house. We have been cleaning and preparing the land, knowing that it will bring a great change to our lives—a more stable environment, new neighbors, and schools where our daughters can grow up without the constant worry of having to move from place to place. We want them to live peacefully, in a stable home that will allow them to focus on their studies and pursue their dreams. In my heart, I feel that this opportunity may be the answer to my prayers.
